Altaira is a London based costume designer and stylist.

 

Her professional experience spans work in costume and production design for both TV, music videos, and narrative short films. Consistently described as an organised person, who copes well under pressure and to strict deadlines.

 

Although mostly self taught, Altaira has studied at the London College Of Fashion. She is a talented dress maker, as well as experienced in designing and making costumes and detailed props. Enthusiastic, quirky, conscientious, and efficient; her exceptional attention to detail often leads her to be intricately involved with continuity.

 

She also enjoys designing and hand making props, and handsewn dolls.
